PuzzleVerse respects intellectual property rights. All puzzles on the platform are either generated by our verified algorithms, created by our team, or submitted by community members who warrant they have the rights to the content.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on PuzzleVerse infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material on PuzzleVerse (URL)
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent

Designated agent

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
4. Your consent to jurisdiction of your federal district court

Repeat infringers

Accounts with multiple valid takedowns may be terminated per ourCommunity Guidelines.
